The Zeiss Xradia 610 Versa is an X-Ray Microscope which 3D images to a resolution of less than 1 micron. Similar to a Micro Computed Tomography (Micro CT) system, the 610 Versa can evaluate samples from a variety of fields of study with biological and material science being most common, at very high resolution. The X-Ray source, microscope objectives and automatic positioning stage provide high throughput with high resolution images.
Post processing software, Dragonfly Pro is available on a separate workstation to complete the visualization and data analysis.
